Hello doctor, my age is 26 years, my blood percentage is very low (7%) how to increase my blood in natural.

U soak 18-20 no of black grapes in water overnight.. Then take empty stomach early in the morning... And also tk 3 pieces of khajoor at that time.. After 1/2 hr u will take breakfast or anything... Also tk palak, beetroot, tomatoes soup,... Apples also u will take. Bt my advice for that.... Yr Hb is too less... U must have to take haematinic medicines.... Ayurvedic medicines will help u a lot....
