Hemoglobin levels low
Past one year my hemoglobin levels is low. I don't know what is the exact reason , could you please help me to understand

Maybe due to iron deficiency...Iron deficiency can be due to low intake of iron, or poor absorption of iron. I would advice you take green leafy vegetables, tomato, papaya in food...I would suggest you to consult nearest physician for clinical examination and for certain laboratory investigations they will help you depending upon the results.
