Hemmorhoids

Hi, i am suffering from internal hemmorhoids. My lower body part is very thin,so i was doing squats exercise with heavy weight,but after hemmorhoids doctor advice me to stop it. I want to gain weight.what i do?.

Hello ,either stop weight lifting or get it operated ( hemmoroidectomy) Do other aerobic exercises ,exercises other than weight lifting. Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water.
