  4. Hemmographic cyst. Dangerous that cyst.

I am in first cycle with clomid for 5days.I have 21mm RO on 13th day so my doc gave me triggershot for ovulation.On 15th day scan report said 40mm hemorragic cyst..my doc was outofstation..will meet in two days before i want to know what is this cyst..did i ovulated or not..will i concieve is it dangerous that cyst..i dont have any abdominal pain..please suggest
