  4. Help regarding a drug. It's safe right?

Please kindly go through the image for detailed description. I went to a general medicine doctor, he prescribed me Clonafit 0.50 MD for 10 days. Just wanted to ask it's safe right? After yesterday's incident I feel scared :(. I trust my doctor but at the same time this fear of something happening to me :(
