Help please I'm in pain

Asked for Female, 15 Years

For over a week I haven't ate, I've been throwing up non stop, and I'm constipated. I have constant unbearable pain, discomfort and pulsating in my lower and middle stomach. I'll be laying down and I'll look at my stomach and me and my friend can both see and feel my stomach pulsating like a heartbeat.
