I have got white small spots on my penis and testicals, they will also come out with white stuff when squeezed. Also I have a long vain type thing under the skin of my penis, it's quite painful, you can see it but I can feel it, it's quite long, half the size of my penis. I'm really scared but also don't want to go to the doctors endless I know it's bad.
