Help For Hormone Replacement Therapy
I am a male 18 and would like to achieve a body which is more feminine defined with proper fat distribution on the waist and hips.I know about the pills such as estrofem and aldactone which will help me for this but I also want to avoid breast growth which I don't have much idea about it except some SERMs.I am aware of the side effects and want to start the therapy. But I don't seem to find a doctor for it.I would like to know about the proper dosages for it and medical recommendations.

I think before transitioning. Please see a psychiatrist to confirm that you really want to live as a woman. Cross dressing would help and only then can we start hormone treatment as it takes time abs can be irreversible.
