This child age of 12 has what is called "Hell's Itch" where he is sunburnt and he is in pain and he is itching really bad.

Visit your pediatrician. Apply good mosterizer all over body may need mild steroid cream application after doctor consultation. Need oral antihistamine Medicine for controlling his itching
