There is a formula due use it its called :
mid parental height (MPH) = height of father + height of mother/2
Minus 6.5
Now u plot the value you have on a growth chat called IAP (indian academy of pediatrics 0-18 years) which you can download online
And to the plotted value add 8 cm and subtract 8cm this is called TARGET RANGE which is nothing but after 18 years of age the girl will be within this range of height with 99% accuracy
For example fahter -160cm , mother - 160cm
Then MPH = 320÷2 -6.5 = 153.5CM
NOW TO THIS 153.5 add 8 cm and subtract 8 cm
Which gives the range 145.5 - 161.5 cm
Next Steps
from the description you gave from the description you gave she already has attained her puberty which has maximum growth suprt of 10-12cm
now at the most in the floowing 4 years to come she might grow a few centimeters tall thats it .
Health Tips
and x ray of the left wrist helps to know if she still has any chance left indicated by weather there is fusion of epiphysis is present or not .
but neverthless continue excersice and maintain good fitness
all the best 😁
