Two factors determine your height: 1. Age of menarche (first menstrual period) 2. Genetics (your parents height) -Girls usually stop growing taller about 2 years after starting their menstrual period, i.e., when you were 14 or 15 years old. Given your case it is unlikely for you to grow as the growth spurt has already occurred and growth plates would have been fused due to your hormonal changes.
Next Steps
Relax and don’t be anxious
Health Tips
Just in case if you feel you continue to grow, see your gynecologist to check your hormonal profile which is quite rare although possible
