Height problem
My age is 22 my current height is 5"4 . my father is 5"9 and my mother is 5"0 . what are the all possible solutions so that i can grow 3 inches more at this age. please help me im in depression due to short height. suggest me some HGH injections or other supplements which can help me to grow atleast 2-3 inches more

At your age, you do not have any growth left. Any other ways of trying to increase your height have risks associated with them. Using growth hormones can upset the balance of hormones in your body.
I would advice you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, good diet and regular exercise.
Do not believe in hormones, injections or surgery.
