Hello Sir my son now 15 year old his hight not as normal plz suggest what we do. Now his hight 4.10 feet

Any history of familial short stature? If not then do some baseline investigations with blood for FT4,TSH, GROWTH HORMONE,ACTH and consult with local endocrinologist....
