Height problem and age is 13yrs
Can u please help me at least grow up 3 to 4 inches height my relatives,friends and in my family everybody is tall like 5'6" or 5'9" but I'm strike on 5'0" ... Please suggest me some solution to increase my height

You are still 13 yrs old... height usually increase till 18 yrs of age...so still there is time in which you will gain height
