As u are 25 fusion has alredy occurred no medicine will help you increase hight
Btw in females hight stops increasing as soon as girl gets hwr first menstruation.
There are some cosmetic surgeries but you should avoid them and accept the condition as it is (btw girls with more hight are at loss they cant were heels. And need to bow to talk to u)

As you are 25 years old and hence there is fusion of joints and hence your height will not increase but you will have to enjoy your height and never think about it
