I am a 22year old college student..height 5'3". Weight around 74-76. I want to loose weight permanently. I have tried a number of diets and for a time those help me but after few days again I gain the weight. I am a foodie and cook too..so it works as my disadvantage. But when I am on diet..I strictly follow it. But the problem arises when I stop following the diet plan.My hands,legs,hips and belly areas are really chubby. It is not possible to follow the diet plans and leave all the foods for my lifetime. I want a prefect diet plan to loose atleast 10-12kgs in 2-3months permanently. I don't have any medical issues.
