Heavy Rectal bleeding
Heavy rectal bleeding after stool. Red in color, happening since more than a month. Please suggest something, what can be done? There is no pain or itching.

Your symptom is suggestive of Piles (haemorrhoids), which is due to dilatation of blood vessels in the lower end of the intestinal canal. In early stages medical treatment may suffice. In advanced stages surgery may be needed.
