Hi I had a miscarriage in august 2020 (6 weeks) post that doctor had put me on ovral l for 2 cycles in those 2 cycles i had minimal bleeding. Now after a month of stopping ovral l i got my period and having heavy bleeding. I am not soaking more than 2 pads in a day but when i pee blood flows like water and i can see clots also. I dont have any pain as such , today is day3 and still lot of bleeding. What can be the cause? I have pcos and i was on progesterone.

After stopping the progesterone you will have heavy bleeding. If bleeding continues you have to consult doctor to reduce bleeding... And they will advice you some blood test and scan

Did you have D and C after miscarriage? Any tissue left inside??get pelvic ultrasound and if that is normal then the heavy periods could be due to hormonal imbalance following miscarriage and if bleeding does not stop in two days, start progesterone tablet or can go back to oral contraceptives if not keen on pregnancy .
