My mom is having head ache since 20 days . Her blood pressure was high but now it's in control but still she is having headache! Initially it was very heavy headache ! It keeps on changing !Is it migraine or cold weather or because of blood pressure I don't know pls help

Do exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight.
