A few months back an opthalmolog it said I hAve dry eyes due to constant work on laptop. Now my head hurts and reading difficulty on small font and constant heavy head

you have computer vision syndrome use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't face towards A.C.. and keep sufficient distance between eyes and screen.
