Hello.. first of all heartiest Congratulations !! Pregnancy and post delivery period is one of the hardest time for women. Hair fall is very common during this period. Stress although is a part of life , try to reduce it. If possible take out some time for yourself (easier said than done..I know). Drink plenty of water and green leafy vegetables. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo as recommended by a dermatologist. If there is dandruff you may try using a ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly. There are numeral peptide solutions available for controlling hair fall. You may use them but only as prescribed. Also internal factors like hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders , low serum ferritin level may lead to hair fall.
Next Steps
Do not use hair oil. Do not go for hair spa/parlour treatments as vigorous massaging may aggravate yor condition.
