Hair fall and greying if hair is most common complaint that every patient coming up with.
There are many factors causing this condition and some of them are genetical, pollution, dirt, water, shampoo, proper nourishment etc..
Lets assume.your greying and hair fall is because of lack of proper nutrition. To make hair stable o.e must have diet with iron and body should.have enough if iron stores. You can get iron through foods like jaggery, peanuts and it's butter, green leafy vegetables, liver, bone marrow etc. Control the intake if salt, shampoo your hair daily with good shampoo that which cam be used daily. Study the instruction before you buy a shampoo. If you're using an helmet kindly tie a mischief to your head and then place your helmet. Have curry leaves. Use clean and safe water but nit hard water. Do mot use soap to wash hair.
