Heavy breathing and pricking pain
My 6yr old kid is otherwise a playful healthy growing active child. He is experiencing heavy breathing and pricking pain around his chest which keeps moving down belly button. He is eating properly but sometimes says heavy chest.

You child needs further evaluation by a pediatrician. Most likely he will do some investigations like Chest Xray and USG of the abdomen along with clinical examination and a few other tests.
