Heavy bleeding problem afer mensus

Hello, Iam 30 yrs old hving hevy bleeding problem after mensus. After mensus my bleeding doesn't stop without any treatment. The uterus report shows Proliferative Endometrium, I am suffering from this problem from last 2 yrs. Pls guide me what treatment should I take for this problem.
