Heavy bleeding during menses

Asked for Female, 42 Years

My spouse has been diagnosed with multiple tiny fibroid in unterus wall three years before. She has been experiencing heavy bleeding and irregular mesnse. Also she is going through t treatment of hypothyroidism, blood pressure and bi polar disorder.
