Dear doc,My sister has been suffering from heavy menses . Report shows: Uterus Anteverted and bulky size measures 11.4*7.0*8.4cm. Intramural fibroid measure 5.5*5.0cm in posterior wall of uterus causing anterior displacement of endometrium.Another small fibroid 1.0cm in posterior wall.Endometrium 7.7mm. Ovaries are normal . Left ovary- Dominant follicle is noted. IMPRESSION : BULKY FIBROID UTERUS . she has been advised for uterus removal . Kindly leave ur suggestion for her condition improvement
