Heavy bleeding after Devery

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have pcod and have irregular periods. i have to go to cycle of eating devery for my periods to happen. This time i did not do the cycle of devery for last 5 months. This month after 4 days of eating devery my periods started happening. The flow was very huge. I have to change 2 pads every 6 hours. This is my problem currently. I am feeling very uncomfortable due to this heavy flow. what should i do?
