Heaviness in right testis & abdomen

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi doc , Whenever i do some exercise or running or sex i did feek heaviness in my right testicle and abdomen . It for about 2-3 years and i consult doctor gone for ultrasound but nothing found.
