Heaviness and weakness in head and body

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am taking inderal la 20 mg for last six months ,now doctor has reduced dose to inderal 10 mg. Now I am feeling weakness in body and I am feeling my half head heaviness and feel like head is rotating
