Recently I am having discomfort on my upper, lower back..I am feeling heat, pinching sensation and pain if I sit for long time. I am working in IT and I live in chennai.

You should immediately go for physiotherapy as well as ergonomic training as long sitting hours seems to be a trigger for your pains. Till then my advise is to avoid prolonged sitting by taking small breaks of walks.
