Heat intolerance / craniofacial sweating
I have problem of craniofacial hyperhidrosis (excessive facial sweating) especially when visiting outside as I can't tolerate the heat outside and start sweating excessively in daily life, it ruins my social life . So what are the medical test required to diagnose root cause of the problem ...also my vitamin d is 6.09 mg/ml and b12 is 165 pg/ml and thyroid is ok . So how to overcome from this problem

Both Vitamin B12 and D are low, please get this corrected. Excessive sweating can be a normal phenomenon, Can be due to diabetes, Poor fitness. Please meet a physician and get advise.
