Heartburn & Missed periods
Today is my 1st day that I have missed my periods.i am having heartburn/acidity since last 7days. Also I am having back pain & abdominal pain like I have before my periods but I am late.i am married & also trying to conceive.But I did a ovulation test & it came negative.Today I also felt like nausea. Can this be because of conceiving or any other reason?
