Heart problem diagnosis
Hi I'm a junior doctor. I'm looking for help. Can coronary heart disease and angina be diagnosed with a resting ecg? Also are blood tests useful in diagnosing heart conditions. Thanks for any help.

Chronic stable angina need not necessarily have ECG changes. Blood test like CKMB, troponin are useful for recognising acute coronary syndromes
