Heart palpitations on slightest exertion
Im a 18 year old male. After mastrubation my face and eyes get dull. Heart palpitations also start on slightest movement of the body. So i reduced mastrubation to once in 4 days but then also this problem is there. I become weak and dizzy after a jerk.

Orgasm causes relaxation of body and mind, floating feeling and induces sleepy state after a vigorous sexual activity ( causing increased heart beat, elevated respiration and BP etc) which are common physiological changes.
They are not dangerous and if you don't want them to happen ... stop masturbation habit.
