Heart Palpitations
I am 38 years old weight 89 height 5 ft 8 inch.I have heart  palpitations and  occuring frequently and i cough due to palpitations. I feel like my heart is dropping a beat. Recently I have done ECG  which is  normal. 2D ECHO findings -Mild concentric LV hypertrophy. Also done stress Echo test which is negative. Blood tests CBC,RFT,Thyroid all normal. Lipid profile-Triglycerides 301, Non hdl cholesterol 158,VLDL cholesterol 60. Is it serious?? pls advice

No all your tests seem fine. Little high cholesterol which can be managed with lifestyle modifications. No need of medicines. Exercise regularly, reduce weight. If you are having severe palpitations then get a holter test done
