My triglyceride and
cholestrol levels are too raised 280 and 245 , i am on very strict diet and pure veg , i want to know i take daily 5 soacked almond and 2 wall nuts daily ,i want to know almond and wallnuts are bad for cholestrol and triglyceride or not , second we use edible oil only to cook vegitable in very less quantity ,except coocked vegitable i dont eat oily foods , should i go to complete zero oil or is this is myth as many doctors on you tube suggest to zero oil concept ,no almond no waĺlnuts, we dont use oil and ghee in very huge quantity
