I was diaognised in2D echo and colour Doppler as - LEFT VENTRICLE : ASH, AORTIC VALVE : Trileaflets and thickened, and COLOUR DOPPLER : AV GRDT 5mmHg, AR GRADE 1. E/A REDUCED.

:ASYMMETRICAL SEPTAL HYPERTROPHY
:SCLEROTIC AORTIC VALVE WITH MILD AR
:LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION
:NORMAL LV SYSTOLIC FUNCTION (EF - 64%)
:NO REGIONAL WALL MOTION ABNORMALITIES AT REST.
For the above issues kinldy advise 1.Whether it is curable/controlled.
2.Whether surgery or implants in any way will be of any help.
3 Your considered opinion,suggestion/solution.
I am non diabetic and normal heart rate 50_60 bpm regular.
MEDICATION: Zabeta X in morning for nine years. Later changed to LODOZ 2.5 for a year. And now further changed to CONCOR 2.5 for the last 15 days.( Restyl tablet 0.5 is being taken at bed time since 9 years.)

The echo findings reflect long changes of high blood pressure on the heart. A few of them have the ASH.
There is no indication of need for any surgery or procedure.
Medical management with medication, diet and regular physical activity is the key. Medications might have been changed according to the BP changes and the observation by your doctor. They are fine.
