Care AI Shimmer
Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Make some diet changes. You need to avoid oily and spicy foods. Have 5 smaller meals instead of three huge meals. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore..
