Heart beat count
Hey doctor,
Today i checked my heartbeat rate and it comes out to be >80 . I read on webmd and it said its not the ideal heart rate. I am worried. What do you suggest? Is it normal? This was taken at resting period, just after nights sleep.
Please suggest.

Hi
It looks like you are already tensed .. that itself will shoot up your heart rate... Don't worry.... If you find heart rate to be more than 110.... Consult physician ...
