Is it bad to smoke mejijuana when you have super valvular aortic stynisosis? I have been smoking for about a year and I am wondering if it is threatening?

Yes marijuana increases the work on heart by increasing the heart rate which means your heart beats more number time every minute. Since you have aortic valve stenosis which already limits heart from pumping blood to the periphery ( for oxygen utilisation) , an addition of marijuana will further worsen your symptoms over the period of time.
