I can't hear from my left ear. Only 20% of things can be heared .When I put jaw together it pains on the left ear . I used wax solution but nothing happened.

There are many causes for such a significant hearing loss such as sensory neural hearing loss, otosclerosis, acoustic trauma, etc. Impacted wax may not cause such significant problems. You need to visit nearby ENT specialist
