Acid reflux is mainly due to diet you take esp sweet and oily preparations, which u have to avoid , also some anxiety is also there. Reduce in take of fat and oily sweets. Morning evening walk will help. Early dinner will also help. Good sleep also helps to reduce anxiety Protons pup ihibiter also help. Consult ur physician if no relief.

Good evening. If you are anxious usually mild panic sets in. All these including your palpitations ( feeling of heartbeat) may be part of it. Did u have any similar episode of fearfulness associated with the gastric reflux. ? Are u a person who develop gastric symptoms when stress happens or vice versa..?
Next Steps
Consult physician either online or offline.
