Health problem from last 3-4 years
From last 3-4 years i have had a bit of health issues like i think my bone density has decreased quite some. Playing sports increases fatigue. Injuries which should be small are usually major for me. Like i sprained my ankle and it has been 2 years still sometimes pains. Having back issue while i am just 25 years old. My weight is quite high(92kgs) while i reduced it once by following a proper diet,exercise, swimming and gym. But developed shoulder issue and again increased the weight. Always feel tired even though i try my best every time to improve my health by eating healthy and walking and stuff but not able to continue for long. I want to improve my health. What should i do or what diet should i follow or proteins or exercise or anything else. Please suggest,.

First of all you should seek an orthopedic specialist for your pain related problems and then you should follow a strict diet plan under the guidance of a qualified dietitian who understands all your problems and can make a diet plan accordingly.
