Hi which one is better for the purpose of exercise, especially for reducing the size of stomach, home exercise or gym ? My height is 5'7 and 61 weight.

Hi Weightloss is a gradual process.It involves eating right and exercise with a positive attitude and rest.Every persons body is different hence there is no one diet for all.However d basic remains the same like eating 5-6 small meals.Including atleast 2 fruits.Drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day.Exercise not more than 60 mins.sleep 8hrs in d night. For stomach do regular pranayam for 30 mins a day
