I came across with few articles in Internet which are talking about benefit of consming lime powder daily and the quantity should not exceed more than 1 gram per day. It has also mentioned that it should be consumed by mixing it with Curd or Pomogranate juice for maximum benefit.
Has the benifits of lime powder consmution proven in medical science or is it a myth?
What are the side effects of consuming Lime powder?
What is the best food source of getting good amount of
calcium ?
