Can headaches and dizziness with muscle spasm be associated with brain tumour? If they can then what kind of headaches are cautious warning and is there any time line ?

Yes.. Headache and dizziness with muscle spasm can be associated with brain tumour But. . . Also note that They can occur in so many other conditions Also note that They may not occur in brain tumours -oOo- If your headache is associated with vomiting, if it is on both sides , if it is more in early mornings, it is more likely to be due to brain tumours But As previously mentioned, any headache can be associated with brain tumours and brain tumours can occur without headache too -oOo- There is no such specific time So The one line reply is "Get evaluated by a neurosurgeon at the earliest"

Headache and dizziness may be due to various reasons..not only due to brain tumor..usually brain tumors will lead to increased pressure inside the skull will lead to headache , vomiting, convulsions, neurological problems etc.. Consult a neurosurgeon and follow his advice
