Hello as per your problem, if it recurs again and again then it's sinusitis. Take steam inhalation twice a day, avoid taking cold water and other cold things in food, and get an ent check up done to rule out deviated nasal septum problem which is the most common cause of headache and recurrent cold and hence sinusitis
