Headache while reading or focusing
Hi, I'm a desk job guy and works in 24X7 environment. I have to stay in touch with computer for about 7-8 hours. For that reason, I'm using antiglare for past two years but past few days seems to be more difficult while focusing on computer screen. My left and right side of head pain. Don't know if it's because of weakens eyes or there's something else need to look into?

There may be some refractory error si please get your refraction done. Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily
Next Steps
follow the precautions as under follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20  minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
