Headache while in sun
Hi doctor Since long I've been suffering from headache whenever I go out in sun or the temperature is too high. Summers are almost impossible for me to bear. Being a working women I face huge problems. Kindly help me with this.

Hello, Too much exposure to the sun may predispose you to headaches. When you sit, work, or spend time in the sun, your head nerves and tissues change their mode, affecting the nerve endings causing pain on either sides or the front of the head. Sun-mediated headaches can be prevented by staying indoors, or wearing white colored hat while under sun, or using umbrella, drink as much water as possible when under sun.
