Headache that wont go away
I've had a headache now everyday for over a week, I now have an achy jaw and left shoulder pain. it is not a migraine, just like pressure in my head. I'm taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but nothing is working its just constant pain that seems to be getting worse.

What makes u rule out migraine.
Is it unilateral, asymmetrical?
Is it associated with photosensitivity?
Does it increase on exposure to sound?
Try. Tab. Amytriptline 10mg once a day before sleep.
